Do you offer refunds or credits for unanswered questions?

How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Buy screen, navigate to the Subscription section, and click on Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Can I add a new profile to my account?
Yes! To add a member, tap on the profile icon > select Manage Profile > tap Add Member > fill in their details. This is perfect if you want to create charts or reports for family or friends under the same account.
How can I change the language?
Go to the profile icon > select Change Language > choose any from our 16 available languages to personalize your experience.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes, you can clear your past conversations. Just open the chat, tap on the three dots in the top right, and select Clear Chat. Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How can I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, go to the profile icon > select Delete Account.
Please note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose all your data and need to create a new account to log in to VedVaani again.
